1/7/2010:
Holme Pierrepont Grand Prix: Race 4 and final: Last in the GP series and Alex is looking forward to a PB on his first ever 5 mile race!
Hancock Half Hour 5 mile M/T: First visit to this 5 mile M/T event for Ian T. This event in Downham Market was formerly known as the Midsummer 5, but was renamed the Hancock Half Hour this year in memory of one of their club members, Bob Hancock.

3/7/2010:
The Osmotherley Phoenix: Hilly, off road adventures in the Yorkshire Moors. Zo tackles the 17 mile version while Pete tries not to run the 33 mile version like as much of a plonker as he did last year.

4/7/2010:
City of Manchester 10k: Peter Jacobs and Paul Arrowsmith running for the first time in the City of Manchester 10k.

6/7/2010:
YRRL-Selby/Wistow: 5th 10K - Mike Pullon

7/7/2010:
Brig Bash 5: Ann Hood hoping to make it to this evening race with the potential for another PB but more importantly cake!

9/7/2010:
Walkington 10k: Friday evening run for Mike P. Good course once the hill at 1 mile is behind you.

10/7/2010:
City Of Norwich 5k Classic: Second visit for Ian Thomas to this awesome event in front of 50,000 spectators. A tough but very special race!
Newcastle Park Run: The forecast of some rain tempts Ian b to do this

11/7/2010:
Wellington 10: A hilly 10k and 10M with both races converging at the end. Both races start to the sounds of a live Samba band, entertainment is on offer for non runners with music, food and bar plus circus skills for kids. More live bands after the race too.
RAF Marham 10 mile: Second crack at this 10m race for Ian Thomas. Can Ian beat the PB he set here last year? A big ask after the Classic and a forecast of 30 degrees for Sunday!
Didcot 5: Stephen Gunn having another outing at this fast, flat fiive miler.
Evesham 10K: A lovely run mostly on the banks of the River Avon, MichaelC
New Forest 10: Wendi thinks its time to add another horse brass to her collection
Evesham 10K: Very nice to sit by the river & eat strawberries after this race. mikeH.

13/7/2010:
Queen Mother Reservoir 5k (3of3): Ian b up for the hatrick and hopefully the fastest of three 5km

14/7/2010:
Laxton 10K: Mike P having a go at this fast, flat, 10K for the first time.
Droitwich 10K: Low key local race. mikeH. Ian T makes last minute decision to enter.
Reigate 10k: Ian b in first 10km for a year, looking to be under the hour

17/7/2010:
Clydestride: Nick Dunk going North of the border for this 40 miler along the River Clyde.

18/7/2010:
West Cumbria 10: This race is in the name of the Police man who died in the floods - Claire and Mike make the trip knowing the money raised goes to the air ambulance
Fairlands Valley Challenge: Pete returns to defend his 'title' in the marathon, while Zo tackles the 18 mile version of this off-road trip round the countryside south of Stevenage.
Magnificent 7: 7 miles of Hills......but this race always sells out fast.....Mark joining the other mad people of the South West....
Worcester Pitchcroft 10K: Apparently flat and fast, going for sub 0:50! MichaelC --Clock on display after each of the three laps of path along side racecourse! mikeH

Real Runners 5k Cheam: Ian b managed to find a run for one last summer 5km

23/7/2010:
Worsted 5 Mile: Ian T samples another Friday evening 5 miler in deepest Norfolk.

24/7/2010:
Heckington Show 10: Shaun B - returns to another event he loves, its hot and fast with great entertainment after with the biggest village event in England to recover in
Dartmoor Mountain Marathon: Brig and Wendi will be trotting over the moors to do the Half - No Nav class obviously !!
Solihull Parkrun: First running of a new weekly Parkrun.

25/7/2010:
Down Tow Up Flow Half Marathon: Matt's 3rd year in a row in this fast half marathon along the river Thames towpath from Windsor to Marlow
Six Moor Miles: Wendi has been talked into doing this by Mark - so he better be there too :-))

28/7/2010:
Woodland 5 and a bit (3of3): Ian b in the thhird and final of the series hoping for the best time of the three

31/7/2010:
Swiss Alps Festival: Neil R upgrading from last year's HM to see if can manage 30k this year - never ran so far yet so will be interesting!
Kingsbury Classic 12K M/T: Ian T finally gets another crack at a 12K (albeit a M/T) having missed out on NTRIX this year due to injury.

Mark has a nice little 10k to finish his Running Crazy week away...maybe a late night ....or morning!!!!

Robin Hood Half/Full:
Pete is doing the full and Zo is targetting the half as she completes her recovery from injury. Paul A doing his first half for nearly 10 years. Jon Hullis really looking forward to the half after not having raced much this year.
Blythe Valley 5K:
MichaelC doing a 5K for the sake of the Grand Prix.

Round Norfolk Relay:
UKnetrunner will be circumnavigating Norfolk for the third year.

19/09/2010
BUPA Great North Run:
David Robertson unable to resist the temptation of GNR number 6. Ann Hood uses 2009 deferred (as 6 months pregnant) entry an hopes to be getting close to PB fitness. Mark Hill doing his 2nd GNR & praying it's not as hot this year! Pete O doing this for the 1st time hoping the break in training will not impact too much! Becky Oliver's first attempt at a half marathon.
